Electrical Engineering Manager

The Electrical Engineering Manager position is responsible for all capital projects, engineering, and reliability of all plant equipment and electrical and controls systems. This role will oversee a team of 5 direct reports and will report to the VP of Operations. This person will oversee the predictive & preventative maintenance programs, reliability improvement initiatives, and capital projects in the plant. Candidate must have a four year electrical engineering degree and 10+ years of engineering, maintenance and reliability management experience in a manufacturing operation.
