Brenda Gradl is the Founder and CEO of ExecuSearch Staffing Solutions. Brenda brings over 15 years of recruiting experience working with Fortune 500, Private Equity, Large and Mid-Cap companies. Clients view Brenda as an expert in finding top talent and regularly enlist her to fill their most difficult positions.
Clients and candidates partner with ExecuSearch because of Brenda’s professionalism, integrity, and ability to build long-term relationships. She considers customer service and satisfaction to be her number one priority, resulting in more than 85 percent of her engagements coming from repeat and/or referral business.
Brenda works with candidates at all levels of management in Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply chain, and Retail in the Food/Beverage/CPG, Logistics, and Industrial Supply industries. Prior to starting ExecuSearch, Brenda worked in the fields of Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Product Management with Fortune 500 and privately owned organizations. She has an MBA with a focus in Strategic Management and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Temple University. She currently resides in Sarasota, FL allowing her to participate in some of her favorite activities year round: boating, scuba diving, and motorcycling. She is also an active volunteer for Honor Animal Sanctuary and a committee member for her residential community.
